Hill's 500 built by Richardson-Hill and Company of Balham, along Kieft lines with a swing axle at the rear, supplied by Ray Martin, wishbones at the front and powered by JAP Reg Owen drove the car at the end of 1952 and for a full season in '53. He achieved some quite respectable results in the junior races, given that he would have been at a significant disadvantage to the Norton powered competitors:

Brands Hatch 12th October 1952, 4th in junior heat, DNF in final

Brands Hatch 7th April 1953 Easter Meeting, 2nd April sprint

Crystal Palace 25th May 1953 Opening Meeting, DNF

Silverstone 8th August 1953, 2nd

Silverstone 22nd August 1953 Commander Yorke Trophy, 8th in non production race

Brands Hatch 4th October 1953, 2nd in junior heat, 1st in final, 2nd in Autumn sprint heat, 3rd in final

We don't know what happened to the car after this, please get in touch if you do.
