Hornet | |
The Hornet's early history is unknown but it is believed to have been built in 1948. It uses a ladder type frame with Fiat Topolino derived suspension and a JAP engine. It was found hiding behind a picture house in Hereford by Martin Cowlin eventually falling into Tim Cameron's hands. The rolling chassis was bought by John Dent who rebuilt it. The Hornet is a regular competitor on the hills and won the Parker Trophy in 2004 in the hands of Alistair Dent. | At Wiscombe Park in 2005 |
