AEF

AEF

The AEF was constructed during 1950 by John Coundley and Arthur Fisher based around Fiat parts with a bespoke body. A JAP engine was used, from John's speedway bike.

John raced the car during 1951 and early '52, known results include:

Silverstone 18th August 1951 Commander Yorke Trophy, 5th in non production car race, DNF in 100 mile race

Brands Hatch 21st October 1951, 4th in open heat, 3rd in junior heat

The car then passed to George Errington, for whom we have no results.

John Coundley went on to race sports cars, including Lotus Elites and Lister Jaguars
