Allan Moore

Allan Moore

Allan raced a Triumph twin powered JBS from 1951 through to 1953, initially sharing with Frank Aikens. Rarely winning he nevertheless achieved some creditable places against the more powerful Norton engined competitors. Allan ran the Broomstick Garage in Dunstable and for 1952 he teamed up with Ormsby Issard-Davis and Maurice Lambert to form Ecurie Balai, the French for broomstick.
