CMC

CMC

Australian speedway rider Andy Menzies built the CMC with support from Bill Curtis and Peter Crooke. It used a JAP engine, mounted forward and driving the front wheels, a similar arrangement to the Emeryson. Suspension was by double wishbones, front and rear.

The car was completed towards the end of 1953 and Menzies intended to build a series but only one was ever built. He appears to have competed on hills and circuits through 1954 when the project was abandoned.
