Fillingham

Fillingham/DSP

The Fillingham Norton was the creation of William Patrick Fillingham, a test pilot for De Havilland and used swing axle rear suspension with Fiat front suspension and, in one iteration, some late Cooper body panels. It appeared very late in the day and it seems that Fillingham himself may never have raced it. It was raced by GA Rawlinson in 1960 then AR Parker in 1961 and '62. The car probably continued under the name of DSP into 1962 but we don't know what may have prompted the change of name.
