Walkem Special

Walkem Special

EJ "Jock" Walkem built one of the best 500s in Australia in 1952. Front suspension was by wishbone and transverse leaf spring and rear suspension was swing axle and rubber band. Originally it had a Manx Norton engine and was known as the Manx Special but this was replaced by a Vincent twin in 1956. We believe the car still exists.
